1.Manage all aspects of maintaining utility equipment as well as building maintenance.
2.Ensures efficient maintenance and repair of utilities in the system.
3.Provide technical direction over preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance requirements
4.Ensure sustained and safe supply of good quality energies for factory (Electricity, steam, air, water, etc.)
5.Assessment of Utilities personnel competency level and assign the required training plan
6.Responsible for maintain Utility inventory and backup parts within economic inventory level
7.Ensures safe operating conditions exists throughout the facilities.
8.Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Automation, maintenance, Manufacturing, Technical purchasing, quality, planning, projects, .) to ensure operational effectiveness in plant.
9.Control the utilities cost versus budget
10.Ensure Full compliance for plant GMP and Safety standard
11.Responsible of facility maintenance and ensure compliance with AIB standard
12.Monitor and improving water and energy consumption
