Multi-Disciplined Field Engineering Lead responsibilities with excavation, concrete Work activities include:
1. Provides technical guidance to jobsite personnel in Civil Field Engineering Matters.
2. Keeps abreast of department technologies, techniques, and services that are available.
3.Maintains effective communications with other project team members, client, and administrative personnel to ensure quality, schedule and budget for Civil FIeld Engineering matters.
4. Coordinates the implementation of the procedures and ensures training records are current for Civil Field Engineering personnel.
5. Reviews deliverables of assigned staff to ensure that procedures are clearly understood and are being fully implemented; provides follow-up training where necessary.
6. Plans scope of Civil Field Engineering work, assists in developing staffing plan, establishes priorities and trains personnel to perform their assigned duties in area of responsibility.
7. Problem resolution and inspection of field installations
8. Track and report installed commodities.
9. Prepare reports and forecasts for the civil and structural discipline for quantity tracking as required.
10. Work with the survey team to coordinate work schedule to stay ahead of construction and the schedule
11. Work with the concrete, rebar and formwork suppliers to ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications
12. Prepare permanant plant material requisitions, coordinate and review vendor drawings from embedment and rebar vendors
