Vodafone International Services is hiring FULL TIME.
Supporting customers of a telecom provider in UK & Irish Account
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a good rapport with clients over the phone.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complains.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
- Manage customer’s accounts.
- Follow up on customer interaction.
