Marmonil, established in 1963, is the leader in marble and granite industries. Marmonil activities include quarrying, sawing, polishing and processing of marble amd granite. Marmonil also exports its to several countries in Europe and Asia. Behind Marmonil success is a superior workforce of about 400 employees working in factories and quarries. The factory and warehouses cover an area of 100,000 m2, including a covered area of 8,000 m2. In 1985, Marmonil Italy was established to specialize in trading marble and granite. It imports directly from producing countries such as India, Brazil, Spain, Norway, Greece, Finland, Morocco, Turkey and Egypt. Marmonil Italy warehouse covers an area of 3,500 m2 in Carrara the center of Marble trade and production in the world.

Job Description:
- Establish sales policies and procedures
- Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve the overall objective of the company
- Calculate the monthly target Vs. budget to cascade targets for salesmen
- Plan the commission for the sales force in coordination with the sales logistics department to provide an incentive sales force
- Determine KPI for sales force to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Follow up with the production departments at the factories to identify the available products and the status of current orders
- Plan showroom sales as well as potential outbound sales to architects, kitchen centers, residential compounds and wholesalers and an ongoing review of the potential areas of sales
- Analyze, evaluate and direct subordinates performance to achieve the company's sales objectives
- Follow-up analysis of the market, monitoring and evaluation activities and products of competitors to stand on the consumer price policy and the policy of cuts needs
- Participate in the development and promotional plans for the company's products
- Prepare sales reports with surrounding potential sales volume, sales and how to develop potential sales areas.
