• Set working, and strategic plan for the department
• Follow up on the work flow to achieve the departmental goals
• Managing the company’s portfolio at the bank
• Prepare a report with the financial position of the customers quarterly, and annually.
• Approve all the mails and correspondences related to the department
• Approve and review all the financial data needed from the department (Financial standing, estimated budget, final budget, loan redemption, and estimated entitlements)
• Accomplish subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
