- Preparing & filling different tax returns in its due time.
- Submitting certificates with our mutual transactions for our customers and suppliers.
- Managing the tax inspection processes.
Coordinate with the tax advisors and external auditors in the controversial issues.
- Managing the processes of terminating the previous disputes with the tax authority
- Preparing internal & external memorandums regarding the tax legal opinions regarding the different business issues.
- Reviewing the companies processes & activities to assure that they have done according the applicable tax laws, e.g., contracting with suppliers & customers, invoicing processes, layouts of documents.
- Participate in Tax planning in coordination with the Department Manager.
