Restaurant Manager

Main Purpose of the Job:
Resturant Manager ensure that restaurants operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos. Restaurant managers must co-ordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size or type of the outlet.
As well as maintaining high standards of food, service and health and safety, they are responsible for the business performance of their restaurants.
Area management combines strategic planning, organizing, and day-to-day management activities.
Oversee and manage all restaurants and make final decision on matters of important.
 
 
1- supervise business plan executing to achieve the company goals through:

1.1 Communicate sales Forecast for each store with team

1.2 Works with team on Vertical increase of sales & transactions Vs year ago by %

1.3 Works with team on Horizontal growth by to achieve sales and profit for new openings

1.4 Communicate with Area Manager to execute of all projects scheduled during the business plan cycle
2- Provide a complete cost management system through:

2.1 Co-ordinate with team to achieve ideal cost % of:
• Cost of goods
• Cost of labor
• Cost of any related expenses

2.2 Develop cost redaction projects to reduce cost
2.3 Improve any planes could decrease any waste in the OPS process in all production facilities
3- Guest focus:
3.1 Co-ordinate with team and execute all marketing activities on store
3.2 Work on gaining guest satisfaction through Crave Quality standard
3.3 Develop guest complains handling process to insure satisfaction
3.4 Co-ordinate with Area Manager for all guests’ satisfaction indicators
4- Ensure execution of all operation procedures

4.1 Executing of all Food Safety Procedures
4.2 Executing Kitchen handling procedures
4.3 Executing Service and guest excellence procedures
4.4 Executing Procedures of all operation activities

5- Regulatory and Compliance
5.1 Make sure on Health certificates availabilities and updates
5.2 Facilitate all safety procedures
5.3 Executing preventing maintenance plan
5.4 Executing all documentation procedures and filing
6- People organization capabilities
6.1 Handling Man power flow and turn over
6.2 Helps on develop Job description, job profile for each position
6.3 Performance development:
• Performance assessment VS job profile
• Training assessment
• Coach and co-ordinate with HR for on boarding, on the job training and any other training needs
