The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible to look for new catering accounts and exceed revenue goals to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties :
•Responsible for finding new clients (companies, schools, universities) to hold catered events.
•Attend industry and networking events, telemarketing, advertising and contacting the competitions client base.
•Ensure catering orders go out as described, catered events are well-organized with a high level of customer satisfaction.
•Develop & maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.
•Develop and deliver Menus & Banquet kits to potential customers.
•Create and prepare accurate catering proposals for potential customers, ensuring that the catering offer matches the profile of the event in terms of product selection and budget.
•Operate in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures (e.g. Food Health and Safety)
•Meet and exceed all agreed sales targets set by the General Manager
•Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports
•Maintain and accurately update customer records
•Respond Efficiently to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
