1. Manages and ensures all programs regular verification procedures; checking and debugging, to eliminate any accidents.
2. Benchmark, analyze, report on and makes recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
3. Maintains, communicates, and implements data and computer security policies and procedures.
4. Analyzes and selects installation of security software, locks, alarm systems, and other security measures.
5. Works with external service providers and vendors to identify, select, and implement backup and archiving software, hardware, and processes.
6. Develops and implements tests of computer systems to monitor effectiveness of security.
7. Assigns user login and passwords.
8. Reviews computer logs and messages to identify and report on possible violations of security.
9. Develops, coordinates, and implements disaster or emergency recovery procedures for information systems and computer environment.
10. Prepare tenders technical specifications.
11. Computer section procurement.
