We’re looking for smart people who are interested in working remotely and flexibly. As a Clara Remote Assistant (CRA), you’ll help schedule our busy customers’ meetings and train Clara's artificial intelligence.

* Professional scheduling experience
* Experience using Gmail and Google Calendar
* English fluency, superb grammar and spelling
* Incredible attention to detail
* Customer service orientation and empathy
CRAs don't have to work a specific shift every week but are expected to process emails during US Pacific Time business hours.
Contractors with high accuracy may work up to 40 hours / week; lower accuracy means fewer confirmed hours. We pay per processed request, and some highly efficient CRAs earn up to $6.50/hour.
Screening and onboarding takes about 10 hours. Successfully onboarded applicants receive a one-time $30 payment
