We are pleased to be recruiting a telesales representative responsible for the lead generation who will be responsible for developing leads that works closely, with the sales team and management to drive the growth of our client’s services from new business.The focus will be on maximizing lead qualification and conversation rates through booking qualified sales meeting which will be conducted by the sales team. The successful candidate must be able to clearly understand and articulate our clients servicing value proposition.The representative must have good business judgment and skills will be crucial, as this position will require interaction with prospective clients and senior level management.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to achieve qualifications, meetings setting, sales appointments.
- Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the organization
- Implements and maintains sales best practices.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of rules of engagement as well as policies, procedures and programs.
- Drives exhaustive lead penetration, high activity standards and pipeline management.
- Suggests improvement to optimize lead qualification process.
- Work closely with sales team on both opening and follow-up
- Perform research and intelligence gathering on prospects.
- Qualify and penetrate accounts.
- Report performance by identifying and implementing actions needed for achievement of goals.
