Job Summary:
“Abni” Group KSA is searching for a dedicated Senior Construction Accountant to join one of its companies in the western region of KSA. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye and have the ability to track and analyze the WIP (Work in Progress) reports. The ongoing, regular duties will be to prepare/review monthly financial reports, job cost accounting and to provide the high management with an effective reports, subcontractor payments and main issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitor and track the cash position of projects.
* Develop contracts and purchase orders in compliance with relative policies and procedures.
* Maintain contract files and ensure compliance with all contract requirements.
* Perform various project related analysis, reconciliations, Budget analysis and financial reporting.
* Assist the project team with the preparation of monthly cost report projections.
* Respond to all financial inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
* Manage subcontractor payment process.
Make recommendations to increase operational efficiency and accuracy for the project financials.
* Perform other related duties as required.
