- Work in conjunction with the management on the development of marketing and PR plans, in addition to communication strategies, tactics and budgets for PMG clients
- Conduct research activities
- Support Account Directors and Account Managers in day-to-day activities
- Supervise the production of communication materials for our clients, including stationery, brochures, leaflets, posters and flyers - this can involve writing and proof reading and liaising with design team
- Participate in the planning and organization of small, medium and large-scale events
- Assist in the write up of press releases, speeches and announcements for our clients
- Media monitoring for our different clients, compiling and sending out reports that include news and press releases published about our clients, their industry news, and the competition
- Follow up on the publishing of clients' press releases and news
- Liaise and build relationships with a range of stakeholders (e.g. clients, suppliers, media)
- Assist the management in developing social media strategies that are in line with the agreed on communication campaigns
- Previous experience in the areas relating to social media management and staying current with the latest trends and tools in this field
