Required logistics specialist with accounting experience to handle complete lifecycle of Purchase Orders (POs) and all related financial processes for our instrumentation and control products.
- Logging and monitoring customer POs.
- Follow up on vendor manufacturing progress, goods shipment, and customs clearnce.
- Evaluate forwarder performance and contract new forwarders if needed.
- Manage customer financial-related activities (invoicing, payments, bond issuance, etc.)
- Manage vendor financial related activities (PO issuance, wire transfer, etc.)
