Senior Sales Consultant

- Receiving new clients & generating new leads, and contacting them for sales visits
- Managing call & visit schedules to adequately cover assigned territory/category in a time-efficient manner
- Conducting daily direct outdoor sales activities (4-5 sales visits per day)
- Building a network of referrals t o create new opportunities for revenue growth
- Ensuring sufficient knowledge of the company’s profile, products, and packages to perform professional presentations & demonstrations to clients, and sell website memberships
- Handling objections and following up on prospects till closing deals
- Periodically participating in seminars, training sessions, and trade show demonstrations as required
- Participating in corporate presentations, and handling corporate customers
- Resolving customer complaints and/ or technical problems by investigating problems, developing solutions, and communication to clients’ upon management approval
- Studying & monitoring competition, and might recommend changes/ upgrades to current services or packages
- Make front-line assessment of market conditions and advise company managers and marketing staff of findings
- Maintaining accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation
- Preparing & submitting daily and monthly reports as per management requirements
