Production Manager

 Plans production capacity in line and continuous improvement in manufacturing cycle time, labor efficiency.
 Investigates and resolves manufacturing issues to prevent any delays in meeting customer orders or project deadlines.
 Produces and maintains process documentation. Supports training needs in the manufacturing cells (Machining, Assembly, and Inspection).
 Specifies and implements improvements in cost effectiveness, manufacturing processes and procedures, material suitability, reject and defect rates, etc.
 Maintains knowledge of SPC and supports Quality Assurance in its implementation.
Qualifications.
 Ensures that all product received and shipped from site meets all required quality standards. Ensures GMP standards are maintained.
 Manages all quality systems such as deviations, complaints and change in collaboration with QP.
 Assists in the management of any regulatory on site audits.
 Reviews all BPR and SOPs and making sure that all production operations are running smoothly.
 Reviews the issuance of the required materials quantities needed for production accordingly to the preset plan.
 Makes sure that all equipments and machinery are ready for operation according the procedures set and according to each and every product.
 Takes into consideration the availability of the production materials and Responsible for the production according to pharmaceutical and quality standards set.
 Supervises and monitors the malfunction reporting of any production machine and follows up with the maintenance department to fix it immediately.
 Studies all production problems and proposing solution for solving them without affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process.
 Monitors and ensures optimal production in a continuous, highly technical way while strictly conforming to in-house and regulatory limits.
 Drives continual process improvement.
 Sets the prospectus of new Machinery and production lines according to Market needs.
 Implements advanced Lean Manufacturing Systems including Six Sigma.
