Customer Service Representative

- Receiving inbound calls, and properly answering customers’ or potential merchants inquiries
- Recording and directing prospects’ information to sales team for scheduling visits
- Providing the sales team with prospects through online & offline search
- Conducting welcome calls to new merchants ensuring satisfaction
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients (contacting them for training sessions schedules, any services updates, contracts renewals, etc)
- Investigating any complains and/or technical problems reported by the sales team and providing proper solutions and prompt feedback to customers
- Conducting regular customer satisfaction surveys as per management requirements
- Providing management with all information related to potential leads, suppliers, and/or competitors through different search types
- Organizing regular training courses to merchants
- Periodically participating in seminars, training sessions, and trade show demonstrations as required
- Preparing & submitting daily and monthly reports as per management requirements
- Assisting in filing and other administrative activities as required.
