- Collection and analysis of samples from various sources (incoming material, in process items, and end product) as per scheduled sampling plan to ensure full test coverage of the production process.
- Documentation and recording of all tests results accurately to ensure that testing database remains up-to-date.
- Immediate reporting of any deviations in tests results to initiate action by the concerned departments and/or individuals.
- Mixing report sheets for daily production.
- Regular reporting on all testing and analysis conducted.
