• Prepare and handle monthly payroll
• Prepare all post payroll reports
• Implement, and manage salary scheme and compensation programs.
• Responsible for handling the retirement scheme and the calculation for the end of service payments for all staff
• Responsible for designing, evaluating and modifying of benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Responsible for new motivational programs through gaining a competitive corporate rates and prices from diversified service providers such as hotels and banks.
• Issue and review job offers before issuance comparing with the right grade and the approved payroll and salary
• Design, research, negotiate and implement benefits programs that best suit the company’s structure, function and size
• Assist, develop, and administer employee incentives and recognition plans
• Responsible for handling all business trips including the contracts with hotels and travel agencies, making reservations and handling all paper work and invoices.
• Responsible for issuing HR and visa letters for both personal and business purposes
