Purpose :
Under direct supervision, ensure the operating conditions of ESP equipment making proper testing, assembling and disassembling of ESP equipment in APC facilities, in order to deliver a good service to the customer, maintaining required service levels, and reduce downtime within APC’s operational plans.
ESP Assembly Management:
• Develop the activities of assembly, disassembly, repair and testing of electric submersible pumping and surface equipment.
• Performs under minimum supervision, tasks of substantial variety or complexity which requires a masterly knowledge of assembly techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Keep accurate and organized all the documentation involved in the development of plant operations and satellite workshops.
• Operate and properly repair the bottom and surface equipment and be able to solve problems on site.
• Make cleaning job in the workshop areas.
• Assist in training new employees, assigning jobs, and check quality of others' work.
• Follow maintenance and certification program for machines, tools and test equipment
• Carry out related job as assigned by management or direct supervisor.
