. Develop case scenarios and group exercise cases to improve job seekers’ to evaluate communication skills
* Basic troubleshooting and resolution of minor issues
• Create job profiles for new or current positions.
• A member of job evaluation committee.
- Analyze the existing organization charts for improvement and intervention and advising the management on alternative effective organizational structure.
- Analyze what an organization is going to need in terms of the size of workforce to achieve its objectives.
- Identify duplication of roles across the organization and make suggestions for improvements.
- Manage organizational changes such as organizational structure, job redesign and job descriptions.
- Manage the planning, preparation and execution of the assessments that include psychometric & cognitive abilities tests using Talent Q assessment system.
- Mapping competencies between SHL Platform and Talent Q Platform.
- Design and preparing competency based interviewing questions guide.
- Conduct competency based interview with candidates through approved job profile.
- Evaluate the candidates and report their strengths points and development points based on Assessment results.
- Develop various reports for the management to facilitate decision making processes.
- Conduct candidates' feedback sessions.
-Develop assessment tools (role plays, in trays, and analysis presentations) to be used in assessment centers and work closely with the R&D team to validate before implementation.
