We are seeking to hire a Assistant Manager for the Contracts department. Your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to, administering any contractual procedure within the Commercial sector that includes the Commercial, Residential and Procurement department.
* Review tender documents and prepare contract analysis report including main points, concerns and risks to be considered during the pricing process and taking decision to tender.
* Review contracts drafted by others in order to maintain minimum risks to company.
* Draft all correspondences and notices necessary for the assigned Projects to protect company rights.
* Review time and cost claims, in coordination with the supporting teams, to protect company rights.
* Provide advice regarding interpretation of contract terms and conditions to company departments for clarification.
* Prepare internal weekly reports necessary for follow up and monitoring.
* Prepare monthly reports in order to monitor, control and support in decision making.
* Prepare, compile and issue the RFP for consultancy and construction packages in coordination with procurement department.
* Draft and issue all Contracts for consultancy and construction packages.
* Administer contracts, including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, financial reporting, and product delivery for major contracts.
