Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Responsible for directing contractual negotiations, and assisting/participating in the negotiations as may be necessary.
2. Overall responsibility of the successful management of the SW project; and software risk management
3. Planning, controlling and co-ordination of software project team and software projects
4. In charge of the robust project execution in line with the project’s targets
5. Ensures SW Development Processes are followed
6. Assign tasks and work packages to SW team members
7. Represent the SW team at the customer
8. Reports project status to SW Dept and project weekly
9. Planning and controlling of software configuration management, problem solving management and the software change management
10. Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments
11. Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones and a understanding of the needed resources
12. Follow activities and spending of the project scope
13. Aligns external deliveries to manageable internal tasks & milestones
14. Manage distributed project set-ups and collaboration with team members from other sites
