Our Development Resource Manager is responsible for assigning the right engineers to the right projects at the right time. They balance requirements for employee career development, healthy team dynamics, and project needs. They love working closely with engineers to identify soft and hard skills, custom design career development plans to nurture talent, and set career development paths.
If you join us, your top priority will be helping our engineers become the best version of themselves they can be.
You will also be responsible for understanding our pipeline of projects, creating hiring plans, and working closely with HR to recruit top talent. We are also excited to start a junior developer program and welcome candidates who share our enthusiasm for finding and investing in young talent.
