The ideal candidate will lead the Egypt-based technical delivery and implementation team of a regional systems integrator with the following responsiblities:
- Be the interface with our clients regarding all technical aspects
- Provide development plans for the different teams under his supervision, monitoring those development plans and report them
- Provide mentoring to other team members
- Work with PMO, Presales and sales teams
- Provide periodic reporting on progress of work to clients and senior management
- Provide consultancy to our clients related to Telecom & Enterprise technologies
- Provide inputs for hiring plans and budget
- Hands-on is a major requirement. Therefore, you will be expected to provide hands-on experience when needed and technical mentorship/leadership to the team
