Job Description
- Acquiring new customers, remaining existing customers, refreshing any lost customers and defending all customers form competitor’s attacks with a proper risk management activities.
- To prepare the time to be spent and activities on customer site, and thus the route plans (call schedule) of himself along with preparing the required activities reporting.
- Identify and implement cross selling opportunities with customers & Implement the updated price for sales in his district of responsibility.
- Prepare and contribute to the area sales plan by reviewing performance and examining potential growth & new opportunities in the assigned markets.
- Coordinate & Facilitate the customers’ dues collection.
- Train potential customers on the proper usage of Diversey Products.
- Maintains TCS team job effectiveness by ensuring the planning and monitoring the end results.
- Enhance & improve customer loyalty, advocacy and satisfaction by fulfilling all customer needs and resolving any complaint.
