Sutherland Global Services is seeking an attentive and technical person to join us as a Sr. GTI Specialist. We are a group of supportive and hard-working individuals. Responsibilities:
· Make work possible: Maintain and manage onsite IT and telephony infrastructure such as:
o Software license agreements
o Customer and Vendor Contracts
o Maintain Desktop uptime & help GNOC/SME team diagnose issues during outages/product launch and assist ramp-up/down.
o NICE/Verint/CTI Tool, Soft phone installation if any. Client tool software release updating.
o PC Cloning for Ramp-up. Cabling changes as per requirement of the program. Deployment of PCs
o Assist Data center Operations & Other equipment handling like VCs’ / Projectors with the help of Sr. Engineers.
o Maintain GTI Asset and Inventory records and adhere to the Inventory process
· Set the path to success: Provide time-critical support to system users; ensure maximum efficiency to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
· Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
· Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
· Shape workplace culture: Offer support, boost engagement, and inspire positive attitudes
