• Plans future direction and executes plans for the district-wide annual audit program
• Planning, executing and reporting on operational, financial, regulatory and compliance activities which related audits/reviews
• Conducts risk assessments and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks.
• Coordinates work with Risk, Legal & Compliance activities and other control-related activities
• Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide feedback on the work performance of Internal Auditors, on audit assignments, as applicable.
• Recommends new suggested strategies, methodologies and policies for the group top management & to the audit committee.
• Design and prepare the Annual Internal Audit Plan.
