- Review and draft of variations’ procedures.
- Maintaining contractual notice procedures.

- Contracts & Subcontracts drafting.
- Management of subcontract agreements.
2. Risk assessment of design contracts in pre-design stage, on behalf of Consultant.
3. Tender evaluation of contractors' bids.
4. Aiding in arbitration procedures and statements.
