1- Providing timely assistance to team members regarding benefit and human resource questions and issues.
2- Coordinating employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, & terminations.
3- Providing written and verbal employment verifications.
4- Coordinating new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation meetings.
5- Coordinating probation period and annual performance appraisal processes.
6- Assisting with additional projects, as assigned.
7- Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees.
8- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters, documents, and certificates as per the requirement of the employees in consultation with the management.
9- Conducting employee’s orientation and facilitating new comers joining formalities.
