Job Purpose:
• Conducts any technical, workflow, coordination and support tasks required to enable the reference data activities within a country to take place in accordance with the Reference Data Standards and Governance.
• Implement/execute the coding and IMDB workflow according to standards
• Deliver to requirements, standards and service levels for all Reference Data (content, quality and cycle time)
• Achieve KPI standards
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage technical aspects of the reference data tool such as system upgrades, load/ export data.
• Manage characteristic/value administration.
• Administrate inactivation process of aged items (p-codes)
• Provide ongoing trainings on complete range of tools & applications required to maintain and manage reference data to the required quality standards.
• Provide support on day to day coding issues.
• Support workflow organization of coding activities.
• Organize item clearing workflow and responsibilities.
• Generate and provide key metrics.
• Conduct quality control activities.
• Have responsibility to ensure that the coding and IMDB implemented according to the committed requirements, standards and service levels.
• Responsible for the content maintenance of Reference Data Databases.
• Responsible for the execution of coding (cross-coding), validation of reference production and maintenance activities.
• Communicate and interact with other COEs / client facing to ensure smooth day to day operations.
• Cooperate and communicate with different functions/countries of Reference Data to achieve optimization objective
• Implement and track Reference Data Metrics covering all the aspects of F&D focusing on the standard compliance, productivity and quality
• Feedback possible obstacles and solutions to team heads for meeting critical processes, KPI standards and project deadline
• Be an active team member to Reference Data team to execute all the Global/Regional/Local initiatives.
• Counselling and constant meetings with CSS/DA/IV/RD/CIPO
• Respect to different perspectives about projects and work tasks
• Deal out with difficult situations and made appropriate decisions
• Work with DA to develop timely/ effective communication/ documentation with RD on collecting required information for coding.
• Evaluate countries for week areas and develop improvement plans
• Reduce number of reworks due to RD errors in assigned countries.
