- Manage and monitor customer accounts through quality checks.
-Follow up on Telesales agents call flow, accuracy and targets.
-Deliver product knowledge training and technical trainings as well.
-Establish and maintain customer relations.
-Act as a liason between sales force team and customers.
-Ensure product orders are met as per the Company policy.
-Create a clear communication channel between Telesales team and Sales Force Team.
