This position is responsible for supporting users, maintain, troubleshoot IT issues, and install new hardware, software. For city management and mall management.
* Installing new software and hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations etc)
* Responsible for smooth daily operations for IT infrastructure
* Support network
* Making sure all IT meets company standards
* Technical support for people using the network in site offices, CCC, Mall management suite
About You:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: BSC is IT related field, computer science/ engineering., Microsoft Certificate
Minimum Experience: 3-4 Years' Experience in IT administration field.
Job-Specific Skills:
* Providing IT administration and support.
* Making sure all IT meets the organization standards
* Troubleshoots network issues
* Setup new computers and install the required software
* Setup, configures, and supports hardware.
* Oversees the day-to-day operation of computers and network including hardware/software support, training
* Performs other related duties as assigned
Behavioural Competencies :
* Strong communication and report writing skills with fluent verbal and written communication in English
* Ability to communicate with all levels within the organisation
* Confident and presentation skills.
* Able to work in team and under pressure
