1、Responsible for organizing and preparing engineering plans in the bidding phase; Responsible for the feasibility and standards compliance of the engineering plans.
2、Responsible for the overall delivery of engineering projects: according to contract requirements and customer demands, integrate internal and external resources to deliver the project, and manage project progress, costs and quality to ensure the satisfaction of delivery goals.
3、Responsible for end-to-end monitoring of engineering services: Monitor and evaluate project implementation from the aspects of progress, costs, quality, customer satisfaction and fulfillment rate of key actions in order to improve engineering project maturity level, customer satisfaction and engineering operation ability of the engineering project.Responsible for end-to-end monitoring of engineering services; Responsible for the preparation, review, optimization, handover and implementation of engineering plans; Responsible for engineering planning and delivery results; Responsible for improving engineering project maturity level, customer satisfaction and engineering operation ability.
