1. Receive calls of our clients and provide them the specific deals and package .
2.reserve hotels, tours and transportations and provide the clients all documents for issuing visa .
3. inform the accounting department, for any payments will be paid to visa center or another company and deposit at banks .
4. reach to revenue and targets .
5. solving the complaints and problem for the client .
6.research all destinations inside Egypt and outside .
7. supply full package ( flight tickets, accommodation, transportations and excursions ) for the clients .
8.follow up and make survey with the clients .
9. Diagnose the clients suggests and arrangements for travel and recommend to him / her a variety for the best destinations .
