- Develops required beverage and dairy samples with different directions and percentage ( e.g drinks, nectars, juices, smoothies, CSD's, cordials, youghurt, falovored milk, cheese spread, ice cream, jam, pie filling, toppings and dips, smootheis, milk shakes ) in the form of RTDS and compounds.
- Matches products.
- Prepares cost price of products to match customers' specific needs, providing them with a good sample at a satisfactory price.
- Uses creativity and innoviation in product development, including new ideas, directions and fruit combinations.
- Decision-making regarding taste and stability of samples.
- Contacts flavor houses and other suppliers ( locally and abroad ) when needed.
- Assists other subsidiaries in the preparation for samples for their respective customers and exhibtions.
- Comes up with soulition of customer service by adjusting samples according to customers complains or comments.
- Consult other Orana subsidiaries for various issues regarding use of raw materials, production issues, recipes, previous experiences with customers.
- Exchange know-how and experiences with other subsidiaries.
