-Enter all Purchase Requests on the software System.
-Maintain inventories of materials and supply the necessary to meet production demands.
- Follow-up on the warehouses inventory levels and monitor all raw and packing transactions.
- Follow-up on the production plan and ensure implementation.
- Work closely with local / foreign purchasing to ensure having the materials on time.
- Insure proper alignment of the planned purchasing orders taking into consideration the minimum order quantities, lead time…etc.
- Measure monthly stock level for raw and packing materials.
- Follow-up on the other department (Q.C. for under inspection items, Purchasing for open P.O., Warehouses for storage capacity ...etc).
- Load 6 weeks production plan on machines based on machine capacities and marketing demands.
- Code the finish products and packing ingredients on Oracle System.
- Cerate material bill for all finished products on Oracle system.
- Record and follow up free medical samples stock and suggest FMS production plan.
- Receive the finished products under inspection on sales program.
