- Managing all organization's systems database ( Finance, operations, sales, HR )
- Managing all organization technologies, providing technology support and training.
- Primary duties includes analyzing systems and processes, maintaining workstations and networks.
- Defining, updating, and implementing IT strategy for the organizationManaging the IT department across the company and supervising IT staff with different levels.
- Planning and implementing Risk Management plan across the company that assures a very minimal down time and no data loss.
- Manage the IT budgets and expenditure.
- Linking all offices & Outlets together using VPN connections.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT Department.Responsible for following up, backing up servers & Database.
