• Manage, improve and solve problem of W/S sales and pricing system.
• Support and improve relationship with VIP customers.
• Target and goal achievements individually matching the company’s target
• Develop and implement new ideas to achieve the company’s goals
• Develop the yearly business plan and overall sales strategy & manage the implantation
• Manage the performance of the sales team, develop training & development plans
• Representation and presentation at relevant industry events
• Oversee individual go-to market plans for key clients
• Forecast to all stakeholders revenue to target predictions
• Oversee the negotiation of all business contracts locally and globally
• Maintain positive relationships with key clients & entertain relevant key and prospective clients
• Engage key stakeholders in other markets to bubble up needs of the A&NZ market & disseminate information from global
• Increase the network coverage to cover all the target territory’s
• Managing the sales Profit &Loss system
