- Supports the CV Product Planning Director in developing CV Manufacturing strategic goals and objectives
- Prepare & managing monthly production plan to achieve sales target & managing all production planning functions (scheduling, production control, material handling & stock control)
- Manages CV Manufacturing Strategic Planning, Finance, HR, Projects, and System Integration functions to achieve objectives and according to established budgets
- Responsible for delivering projects within CV Manufacturing on time within budget
- Oversees the development of operational databases, analysis, planning tools and templates to track key indicators on the production activity
- Ensures core KPIs are tracked accurately and timely and appropriate analysis techniques are applied to these KPIs
- Manages the development of timely performance reports to top management
Develops and tracks key operational KPIs, analyzes performance and identifies and implements improvements
- Evaluates direct reports and supports their professional development
