Manage and lead the ERP Operations team to support Projects and all post-implementation issues. In addition, he/she will be responsible for pursuing all enhancement opportunities that help our customers get the maximum benefit of the implemented modules. The ERP Operations Manager will be reporting to Product Owner and will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user group on issues related to daily operations and gaps found in implemented process.
