Marketing Manager

 
Develops and recommends integrated plans to optimize market share and profitability of existing or new product lines.
 
Handling brand management and marketing activities responsibilities
 
Develops pricing plans based on analysis of competitive activity, market conditions, marketing plans and ability to meet expectations.
 
Develops required organization and continuity of manpower.
 
Develops annual and long range profit performance plans and budget expectations.
 
Develops the Marketing department’s annual business plan and budget in line with the Company’s strategic direction.
 
Plans marketing and promotional activities to enhance the Marketing image and increase sales in coordination with the Company marketing function.
 
Setting the Marketing’s goals
 
Plans and develops commission scheme for the marketing employees.
 
Assumes full leadership for cost reduction and co-operates with other entities on the matter.
 
Provides direction and supervision in order to minimize costs.
Evaluates operational results and revises plans
