Required commercial assistant for import & export company located on Heliopolis or obour city
- as assistant to commercial director in every tasks commercial and logistics
- Arrange with the supplier outside Egypt in order to get the weight and dimension for shipment which we are going to import
- Contact with the freight forwarder in order to get offer rate for the shipment & start the booking for the shipment.
- Start arranging the shipping docs with the supplier & follow to be sent to our ware office
- Track the cargo until it delivers to Egypt.
- Arrange with the customs clearance agent in order to stat clearing the cargo & follow until the cargo delivers to the client in Egypt
