Job Duties
Duties will require close coordination and communication with store management including providing assistance in
the areas of HSE
Essential Responsibilities
- Supervising the safety technicians. Activities
- Implement the Site Safety Management Plan (SMP) for the locations to ensure a safe work environment for all company employees, contractors, visitors and community.
- Following-up all safety systems installation & Maintenance job orders, including (Firefighting, and Fire alarm).
- Conduct a frequent actual test for all safety systems & equipment .
- Perform frequent HSE compliance inspections for all locations, and maintain reports of significant risks and recommendations & prepare risk Assessment
- Prepare quotations for any needed job related to firefighting, Fire Alarm systems.
- Ensure incidents are investigated, reports are completed, and corrective actions are tracked.
- Conduct frequent safety training (Fire safety . evacuation plan etc.) to the company employees in locations.
- Monitor the performance of the outsource company while they do the maintenance jobs for the safety systems.
- Finalizing and following up all jobs requested by the civil defense and related to Risk management scoop of work.
- Coordinating with other departments to develop, implement and monitor HSE programs.
