Sales Executive / Female Telesales

Sales Executive :-
• Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure.
• Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service related queries in person and on the phone.
• Reach or exceed monthly sales target.
• Generate referral business by mining existing clientele.
• Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for target market.
Female Telesales :-
• Make opening calls, Generate leads, follow up calls and Close the deals.
• Contact customers & corporates by telephone to promote products and services.
• Explain the product or service to potential customers.
• Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories.
• Working side by side with sales team.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
• Handle customers complains and answer customers inquiries
• Introduce the new services to the clients
• Raise any problem or technical issues to the technical support department
• Ensure customer satisfaction and clarity of all the necessary information and answer all inquiries
• Provide customer with accurate information, calculated quotations and right solutions.
• Handle a large volume of calls.
