Key Account Manager - TaxFree4U

We are looking for candidates with previous professional experience in following sectors: Tourism agent/operator   Hospitality (hotels) Fashion retailer Taxi operators HoReCa sector       General information:     Key Account Manager of TaxFree4U reports directly to СЕО of TaxFree4U       The role will require:     Partners acquisition:   Search of Partners for cooperation with Brand 4U, Tax Free 4U Making of Pipeline (work plan of leads collaboration, their classification, progress of the contract) Negotiations with potential Partners (heads) Conclusion of cooperation contracts with Tax Free 4U Running of Partners: organization of integration (if necessary), order of  printed materials, spots of sales branding, organization of scheduled communication Distribution of database of vendors/potential Partners of vendors Potential partners: shopping retailers, visa centres, tour agents, air companies, hotels, hostels, restaurants, taxi providers, other retail services companies who serve tourists.         Partners maintenance   Merchandising (organization of mobile offices delivery to the points of sales, printing products delivery, regular and scheduled branding of points of sales, training of Partner’s staff based on Brand 4U, Tax Free 4U company tactics Scheduling of promoters work at points of sales (if necessary), schedule approval with  partners (if necessary) Recruitment and control of promoters group (if necessary)      VAT return administration Organization of  documents delivery back to the Client: Making  a plan based on the method of sending documents to the Client (via courier or mail services) and on  time of departure of client; also it depends on client’s desires and registry data Signing a contract with courier services Managing the process of sending and receiving documents to customers via courier or postal service to ensure that delivery of customer documents required in the EU occurred (based on departure date or dates specified in registry) Keeping a register of sending declarations Keeping originals of signed contracts and other related documents Seal of envelopes and return (after approval) Organization of "prepaid envelope" delivery to the customer via courier service or personally (within 4 hours after receiving electronic version of  Declaration) Assistance in preparation of store invoices Workflow organization (scanning, storage, archiving)     Reporting  Forming of Budget based on agreed business - KPI Forming of financial plan (country P & L) Analysis of actual activities of business KPI, P & L Implementation of business KPI and P & L Weekly reporting to CEO Administrative issues: Office search, organization of  workplace Conclusion of lease agreement, rent payment and public services control
