Network Services (In-depth Knowledge in Network Technologies)
• Design and deploy organizations LANs, WANs and WLANs, including servers, routers, switches and IP phones,other hardware.
• Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex network problems and recommend / implement corrective solutions
• Collaborate with technical services team members to assess near and long term network capacity needs. Design and implement strategic plans to make network capacity meet existing and future requirements.
• Develop and deploy methodologies for testing network performance and providing network performance statistics & reports
• Conduct test and development of disaster recovery plans to detect faults, minimise malfunctions and back-up systems related to network functionality.
• Document all system configurations and settings for support purpose, business continuity and asset management.
• Perform related duties consistent with scope and intent of the position.
