Main Responsibilities :
- Monitoring ATMs & Communication and all e-finance services status through different available utilities 24*7
- Send ATMs errors to FLM through Mail and dispatch till solve.
- Open calls with the different vendors (ATMs and ATM’s communication) through Mail and dispatch till solve.
- Log All the shift’s activities in Log application.
- Checking the ATM’s counters and send the needed to the CIT through mail (cash forecasting).
- Cutting the ATMs e-journal daily and send it to the back office team and support them .
- Monitoring all e-finance transactions
- Send daily Handover at the end of every shift
- Support the call center team by receiving the daily retracted cards report
