Job Purpose
Donor Relations Manager works closely with the Individual Fundraising director to develop and implement strategy for individual donation, Responsible for Misr El-kheir ( Mass DB, Retaining Donors, Potential Donors, Call Centers & Marketing Activities)
• Lead and manage the existing donor relations and call centers .
• Responsible for overall management and direction of the Misr El-kheir Hotline
• Develop and implement an effective fundraising strategy, in line with the organization’s
• Plan and implement funding campaigns, events and activities for individual donors using existing activities as appropriate
• Work closely with the Communications Manager, the Executive Management Committee across the Foundation to increase donations and enhance reputation within the donor community.
• Represent the Foundation at meetings with donors and external events.
• Track ad report relationship management activity using constituent relationship management
• Handle customers escalated complaints and hard cases.
