Account manager

Job purpose
Folder Group is seeking to fill our account manager position with an enthusiastic, career minded, individual, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. This position reports to Folder’s business unit head and has responsibility for assisting with the many facets of the conference management process, including client communication, conference planning, budgeting, operations, and marketing.
Duties and responsibilities
• Improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organisational well-being
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s
• Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources
• Communicate directly with clients
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Maintain contact lists
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Organising market research
• Arranging promotional events
• Assessing the results of a marketing campaign
• Assisting the manager in writing reports and analysing data
• Helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns
• Writing online content
• Giving presentations
• Briefing agencies and other departments
• Monitoring a campaign's progress
• Build and manage social media profiles and presence
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
• Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our clients.
 
Working Hours
8.5 hours daily flexible starting from 8 am-9 am to 4:30 pm-5:30 pm
5 days a week (Friday, and Saturday off) except during conferences
21 days off a year, with a minimum of 5 days’ notice except in emergency.

Working conditions
Employee must be available and willing to attend at least 80% of our conferences as a major organizer who will most probably has tasks during the conference that are related to his job description, but still can have various tasks not related to his/her job description.

Leaving Conditions
In case of leave a request should be applied at least one month prior to leaving date.
In case of dismissal an extra one month of salary is paid.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: to be discussed
Bonus: Based on number of conferences employee participated in.
Social Security: Employer pays the whole sum of social security fees.
Health Insurance: Negotiation is undergoing with METLIFE ALICO for medical insurance (will not include family members, but can be added on request for extra fees.)
